His practice focuses on developing his portfolio of foreign investor contacts in the Middle East, petitioning the USCIS on behalf of EB-5 candidates, conducting financial transparency reporting, and coordinating multi-generational offshore financial planning for prospective immigrants. While working on commercial real estate legal matters at Rialto Capital Managment, the investment arm of the Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN) in Miami, Florida, Shai has been afforded the foresight necessary to determine the value and viability of each EB-5 commercial real estate investment.

      Director and shareholder of the Middle East and EB-5 Advisory Department. Preeya is recognized as a leader in coordinating investors with prospective EB-5 investments in the United States. Her practice focuses on developing her portfolio of investor contacts in the Middle East and India and ensuring them an expeditious path to citizenship. More specifically, her keen interest in trade reform and the large fiscal surpluses in oil-exporting economies have expanded the firm’s reach to Dubai, Qatar, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Singapore. While clerking for the Honorable Judge G. Freeman and while working on lender refinance matters at the Related Group in Miami, Florida, Preeya has been afforded the foresight necessary to determine the value and viability of each EB-5 commercial real estate investment.
